Mon Calamari Cruiser - In the Star Wars fictional universe Mon Calamari Star Cruisers are the main cruisers in the Rebel Alliance/New Republic/Federation of Free Alliances fleet for a significant portion of the Galactic Civil War. They were originally built for civilian purposes, but were converted to military starships when the Galactic Empire conquered the Mon Calamari.
Providence-class Carrier-Destroyer - The Providence-class carrier-destroyer, also known as the Trade Federation cruiser, was a capital starship produced and used during the Clone Wars that was originally used by the Trade Federation, hence the nickname. Designed by the Quarren Free Dac Volunteers Engineering Corps, the rounded, pseudo-organic aesthetic echoed the influence of Dac upon the design of the later produced Mon Calamari star cruisers.
Nebulon-B Frigate - The Nebulon-B Frigate is a starship from the fictional Star Wars universe, and it has also been known as the Escort Frigate, Medical Frigate, or Rebel Cruiser (in the Star Wars Essential Guide to Vessels and Vehicles). Built before and during the Galactic Civil War, this ship was used by both sides of the battle as a support ship for the large capital ships, such as Imperial Star Destroyers and rebel Mon Calamari Cruisers.
Light cruiser - A light cruiser is a warship that is not so large and powerful as a regular (or heavy) cruiser, but still larger than ships like destroyers. The term is a shortening of the phrase "light armoured cruiser" meaning a smaller ship that carried armour in the same way as a armoured cruiser.
